Standard delivery is made within one working day after payment by Nova Poshta. We also offer courier delivery in Kyiv.
Address delivery over Ukraine
If for some or another reason receiving in the depot does not suit you, you can order address courier delivery, managed by Nova Poshta in terms and according to the tariffs set by the delivery service with a preliminary agreement on exact delivery time with you on the phone.
If you need address delivery as an option, please mention it in the notes field at checkout. If courier delivery is not available in your area, you will be notified as soon as your order is processed.
Worldwide shipping
International shipping is carried out by Ukrposhta.
Your parcel will be sent within two working days after the payment, and you’ll get your personal tracking number. Payment amount depends on the weight of origin and distance. Approximate delivery time – from one to 4 weeks depending on the destination distance.
After crossing the Ukrainian border the parcel can be tracked on the official website address of the recipient country.
Refund guarantee
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of its receipt. We undertake to pay you the full amount (minus the bank fees), unless it is damaged or there are signs of usage. The returning cost in this case is paid by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE:
All the jewelry pieces have a lifetime warranty on repairs. The cost of shipment for repairs should be covered by the customer.
